But I need to focus on my health and fitness right now and need to put you to sleep. I will being hanging out at my other blog "Red's Groove" these days but will come back to you occasionally too.

Holy crap you had me going aaahhhh!!! But it's okay I guess if you just want to be all healthy and skinny---fat and dead is probably not a real option--just don't leave forever---they don't give me enough medication for desertion!!!
